Allen has over a decade of experience in technology and has spent most of his time in B2B sales roles.

"I wanted to build Swapdesk to solve my own problem: Since I could work remotely, I wanted to travel more, but I didn't wanna pay rent in 2 cities. I also wasn't prepared to go fully digital nomad. My passion for solving this for millions like me lies in my belief that we all want freedom. Swapdesk can play a key role in making this a reality."

Before Swapdesk, Allen was a Senior Account Executive at Salesforce and was responsible for building partnerships & business transformations in the healthcare industry in Australia, and the Retail industry in Denmark. He holds a Bachelor of Law & Business from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Based in Denmark, Allen loves travelling around Europe; squash, yoga and foraging for mushrooms.

Rory has over a decade of experience in the tech industry as both a product manager and software engineer.

He discovered how working while living abroad can be a life-changing way to break out of a rut and get a fresh perspective, and founded Swapdesk to help companies improve employee engagement, retention, happiness, and productivity.

Before Swapdesk, Rory was a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft where he was responsible for driving Microsoft Edge's accessibility strategy, user research and engineering initiatives. Prior to Microsoft, Rory served as a software developer at Blackberry. He also holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.

Based in Toronto, Rory enjoys walks around the city's harbourfront, trying different restaurants, and exploring this beautiful planet with his family.
